In general, I’ve decided to quit smoking. Honestly, I don’t experience any health issues. I feel good, confident, and don’t cough. I don’t smoke as often as some people, around 3-4 times a day – that’s the maximum I allow myself.

But the significant issue is that I can smoke wherever I want, and often it happens in my car. My wife frequently complains about this, and I try not to smoke in the car, but sometimes something happens, and I end up smoking there. The problem is that the smell lingers for a long time and constantly stinks.

I use the car to take my kids to school and pick up my wife. She constantly nags me about the smell, insisting that something needs to be done about it.

I tried to quit smoking on my own, but honestly, sometimes I have the urge to smoke. Thoughts arise, and, like everyone else, once the thought is there, the desire to smoke follows, and then it escalates.

It wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t for the smell and displeased my wife. Of course, I want my relationships to continue to thrive, and I want things to be good, with the added hope that my kids won’t smoke in the future. So, I began searching for a solution and stumbled upon a website. I went in, read the content, and decided to make a purchase.

Perhaps, I would have eventually come to similar conclusions on my own, but they presented the information to me, clear and straightforward, without unnecessary fluff, so to speak. I followed the recommendations, and, wow, guys, I haven’t smoked for five months now.

Everything is excellent. There were relapses, honestly speaking, but it’s not a problem. It’s just a matter of continuing to follow through, and with each time, it becomes easier. In general, I trained my brain, so to speak.

I always trained my brain, and now I control it so well that I hardly think about smoking it at all. I could have with friends at the pub, and there are no issues. I’m not going back to it. The whole problem is that we taught ourselves to do it.
