Hey everyone. I’ve decided to write a brief review and share a bit about myself. I’ve been attempting to quit smoking for a while now, but, I don’t know, it just hasn’t worked out for me. Every time, I end up smoking again.
The desire to quit smoking arose because I noticed that I have trouble waking up in the mornings due to cigarettes. I measured my pulse and noticed that when I don’t smoke, my pulse is low, and when I smoke, it’s high. It bothered me, so I tried to quit, but it didn’t work for me.
Due to waking up issues, I was constantly late for work, and that stressed me out. I tried to quit on my own, but it didn’t work. I started looking for a solution and found this website.
One day, I decided to go for it and bought the course. It’s written quite uniquely. I won’t say I would have figured it out on my own. I still have the desire to smoke, but, as I understand, it should pass with time.
I smoked for about 15 years. The problem is not only that smoking is expensive, but also that it’s harmful. Smoking affected my sleep and health.
I had relapses, but it’s not scary. The main thing is that I realized that I get nervous not because I want to smoke, but as a natural reaction to what’s happening in my life. It’s important to control these reactions. I used to be afraid that I wouldn’t be able to control myself without cigarettes and couldn’t quit because of fear, but that’s not so.
