I would like to share a personal observation that might seem a bit strange. This observation relates to my dog, but to some extent, it also involves my smoking habit.
Here’s the thing: my dog seems to be always hungry. Despite feeding her regularly, she constantly looks out the window, as if expecting me to come out and feed her. This behavior got me thinking.
Observing my dog’s behavior revealed a similar pattern in my own thoughts regarding smoking. Although I am aware that I don’t need it, every 15 minutes or so, the urge to smoke arises.
It seems like instinctive reactions linked to my rudimentary brain. I try to control it, but struggling with these sudden cravings feels challenging.
I’ve sought ways to combat this, read numerous materials, sought help, but nowhere found a definitive answer. When I stumbled upon this website, initially, I wasn’t sure about its reliability. But my curiosity prevailed, and I decided to purchase the course.
I was surprised by the minimal amount of information, yet it was structured and understandable. The course methodology focused on a single principle. I made the decision to engage with it.
Surprisingly, after a couple of months, I stopped thinking about smoking, even when around other smokers. It seems I’ve begun to control my desires.
Although it’s only been a few months, I’m confident that in six months, the results will be even better. I want to express my gratitude to the creators of the course. Their work has helped me.
The website didn’t entirely convince me, but the key is your effort, your drive for change. Ultimately, it helped me. Thank you for the opportunity to change.
Course for a new life without cigarettes.
